Director of Operations
Kimberly is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). She graduated from The Ohio State University with an honors distinction in research and then earned her master’s degree in social work. Kimberly specializes in chemical dependency treatment and has worked as both a counselor and administrator. Her area of clinical expertise is cognitive behavioral therapy, but she has most recently focused on management and administration. Kimberly joined Cornerstone of Recovery in 2012 as Program Director and now serves as Director of Ohio Operations.
Sarah graduated from The University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and obtained her master’s degree in social work at The Ohio State University. She is independently licensed as both a mental health professional (LISW-S) and Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). Sarah joined Cornerstone of Recovery in 2012 and currently facilitates the morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and the Women’s Continuous Care. In addition to her clinical roles, she also serves as the reporting agent for the Impaired Professional’s Aftercare program.
Leslie is independently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S) and Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC-CS). She holds international certifications as an alcohol and drug counselor and clinical supervisor. Leslie joined the staff at Cornerstone of Recovery in 2013, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Leslie also has a small private practice and is a volunteer with a number of social service agencies.
Extended Care Counselor
Jordan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Social Work and his Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University. He is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) in the state of Ohio. Jordan joined Cornerstone of Recovery in 2018. He currently facilitates the Continuous Care group and he fills in for the Intensive Outpatient Groups (when needed). In addition to facilitating groups, Jordan conducts assessments and admissions at Cornerstone of Recovery.
Assessments & Admissions
Rob received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He also obtained a PharmD. from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy in Columbia, SC. He is a licensed pharmacist and Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA). Rob just recently joined Cornerstone of Recovery in March of 2019. He currently conducts assessments and admissions. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Rob worked as a Staff Pharmacist at Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, South Carolina and Pharmacy Proposal Content Manager at UnitedHealthcare in Columbus, Ohio. Rob recently moved to Ohio from South Carolina and has thoroughly enjoyed his time in the Columbus area. He is very excited to be a part of the Cornerstone of Recovery team.
Extended Care Counselor
Courtney obtained her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University and she holds the Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) credential in the state of Ohio. Courtney was raised in West Virginia where she worked in the foster care setting as well as the chemical dependency field. After relocating to Ohio, Courtney worked for several years as a therapist in a residential treatment center where she facilitated a women’s group and provided individual therapy. Courtney joined Cornerstone of Recovery in 2019 where she currently conducts assessments, admissions, and facilitates IOP group when needed.
